NavBiz Payroll Calculation

The Payroll calculation is a solution that enables users to easily work on payroll. It is intended for companies that calculate and pay salaries themselves.

The set of funcionalities that are included in this package:

· Employee Card - Entry of employee data

o personal data of the employee (master data, contract), as well as data related to the monthly salary calculation (deviations from working hours, payroll supplements and suspensions, kredit and others) are entered here

o the defined data entered here are essential for monthly payroll calculation

· Payroll Calculation

o preparation of monthly payroll calculations

· Calculation of the JOPPD form

o JOPPD form items are created automatically from payroll

· Other payroll-related calculation

o an unlimited number of payroll-related calculations are possible (Christmas bonus, compensation for unused last year's vacation and many others)

· Reports included in the package

Most legally prescribed reports are included in the Payroll calculation
